河口-近海化学参数现场观测的机遇与挑战

摘要
河口和近海连接陆地与海洋两大系统,是人类活动影响海洋和气候系统的重要渠道。受人类活动和全球变化影响,河口-近海区域富营养化、缺氧、酸化等生态环境问题突出,且多重效应耦合,机制复杂。为应对全球环境变化给各区域、国家和社会带来的挑战,提升生物地球化学过程与生态系统过程等基础科学研究,亟需对海洋环境参数进行现场多参数、高精度、高时空分辨率的自动测定。通用型海水化学参数现场分析方法与仪器的缺乏,使得一些科学研究发展受到制约,很多重要机制的深入探究缺少综合数据的支持。基于此背景,马剑课题组研发了基于注射泵的集成式水环境分析仪(integrated Syringe-pump-based Environmental-water Analyzer, iSEA),由注射泵、选择阀和LabVIEW编写的软件组成。采用分光光度法对各化学参数进行测定。该系统具有体积小巧、易于操作、试剂消耗量少、稳定性好、通用性强等优点。近5年相关论文如下:
